A pure talent. Mélanie's rise in the world hierarchy was meteoric, until the 2018 Olympic Games (6th in the world ranking in slalom) when a cruciate ligament rupture brutaly stopped her way to the top. Multiple surgeries relegated her to the bottom of the rankings but through willpower and hard work, Melanie returned in 2022 with a glimmer at the end of the tunnel.
